Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes it’s hard to pick out a product on-line. We get it. The item you choose might be the wrong thing or the model may not be the right one for you. No Problem. We’ll take care of the whole thing for you. Call us and we can better direct you towards the right product. Just give us a call within 14 days and we’ll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Then we’ll send you the new one, after you’ve returned the old one in its original packaging and in “like new condition.” While we are at it we will send you the replacement machine for no additional shipping cost to the original purchase address. If the unit requires a cleaning because it has been used, we charge a $99 cleaning fee.
A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are are damaged in shipping or defective upon receiving the product, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not eligible for return:
- Vacuum Cleaner bags
- HEPA Filters
- IQAir Filters or cartridges
- IQAir Systems

Loaners available: Loaner availability may have limited availability upon request.
Parts in stock: Most common parts are stocked with limitation to newer and older models.
Complementary consultation: Complementary consultation is performed at the counter by request to asses the diagnostic amount to perform service, it is not a free diagnostic, it is simply a visual inspection at the counter.
